Excellent base to use cold for fruit sorbets.

Use this base to create creamy and stable sorbets

 

Dosage:

With fruit concentrate: 50g of base + 1 l of water + 270g of sugar + 120g of fruit concentrate

With fresh or frozen fruit: 50g of base + 350g of sugar + 450g of fruit.

We recommend adding 30g of fruit paste.

 

  • To make creamy use coconut
  • Can use milk
